For one lucky person, this is an exciting opportunity to run a gastro pub kitchen with scope for menu development. The applicant should be capable of producing high quality meals in an organised and efficient manner. Leading a small team, the applicant should ideally have experience as a sous chef but not essential. Evening and weekend availability is essential and all necessary food hygiene qualifications must be up to date. This position will suite a chef looking to put their stamp and style on a popular hospitality venue.
