Dónal Ó Coileáin named new Northern FC club captain
Following Alex Clarke's departure to Blaydon RFC back in June, Northern Football Club can confirm that Dónal Ó Coileáin will take over as first team captain for the 2018/2019 season.
Chairman of Rugby, Andy James, had this to say:
"I am pleased to inform you that Donal Collins has been appointed club and first team captain for the 2018-19 season. With equal pleasure, I can also confirm that Tom "Chalky" White will be Donal's Vice Captain for the 2018-19 season. We are most fortunate to have two key players, with immense experience and rugby know how to help steer us through an important rebuilding season. Congratulations to you both"
