Participants will receive high-quality rugby coaching from coaches who have been cleared by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The Summer camp will adhere to the RFU summer activity guidance and will primarily focus on developing skills through a variety of rugby and multi-skill based games. Our coaching camp aims to improve participants' rugby fundamentals such as catching, passing, and kicking, as well as teach attacking and defensive principles, spatial awareness, and game management.
All attendees are required to bring a packed lunch, a water bottle, and rugby clothing suitable for the weather. This should include both trainers and boots, shorts, tracksuit bottoms, warm tops, waterproof top, warm hat, and sun cream. A complete list of required clothing will be provided upon confirmation, and some items on the list may vary depending on the weather conditions.
