New First Team Captain

 Dónal Ó Coileáin named new Northern FC club captain 

Following Alex Clarke's departure to Blaydon RFC back in June, Northern Football Club can confirm that Dónal Ó Coileáin will take over as first team captain for the 2018/2019 season. 

 

Chairman of Rugby, Andy James, had this to say:

"I am pleased to inform you that Donal Collins has been appointed club and first team captain for the 2018-19 season. With equal pleasure, I can also confirm that Tom "Chalky" White will be Donal's Vice Captain for the 2018-19 season. We are most fortunate to have two key players, with immense experience and rugby know how to help steer us through an important rebuilding season. Congratulations to you both"  

 

Everyone at the club would like to wish Donal and the rest of the player all the best for the upcoming season. We hope to get a few words from the new captain soon.
