Saturday 3rd November
1st XV is away to Acklam 2.15 kick-off. We will be hoping to continue our unbeaten run against a team which is mid-table but had a good win last week. All support welcomed - Acklam's ground is at TS4 3PR

Wanderers are at home to Alnwick Lions 2pm kick-off

Barnard Castle Match Report

The refurbished Terrace Bar is now open every day from 12 noon with Barista coffee and teas and light refreshments (fabulous cakes, paninis, scones both sweet and savoury, wraps, sandwiches etc.) available in addition to a selection of Craft beers, a Gin Menu plus the usual selection of draft beers.

Now takes place on Wednesday nights (moving from Mondays) meeting at 7.50pm for some friendly, fun rugby exercise and no doubt some banter. 

Sunday 4th November, Quiz night in the Terrace Bar with Rod. 8pm start.
Friday 9th November - French Night, in the McCracken Suite, just £8 for all you can eat buffet
Friday 30th November - Pie Night, just £8 for all you can eat buffet
Saturday 1st December - Former Players Lunch Our second Former Players Lunch will take place at Northern, on Saturday 1st December 2018.
Meet 11.30 - 12noon. There will be a two course Lunch at 1.00pm (£10 per head).
Once again, there will be lots of old faces - and several ‘new’ old faces of players who could not make it last year.
Northern 1st XV are at home to Novocastrians that day (KO 2.00pm) - a local derby game, in the Durham and Northumberland One league. It is the first meeting of the two clubs this season, and promises to be a great game, as both teams are playing extremely well.

Thursday December 27th - Kevin Scott Cup. Players meet at 12 noon for 13.30 kick-off. A great opportunity to meet old friends and perhaps have some fresh air and exercise.
NEW YEAR's EVE - with live music from Hip Operation and Gi's famous hot and cold buffet. Just £35 per ticket - on sale now but selling fast.
Friday 25th January - Burns night buffet, just £8 for all you can eat buffet
