AGM 

Thursday 27th August

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 27th August 2020 at 19.00 in the McCracken Suite at McCracken Park.

The meeting will be held following social distancing and other current guidelines relating to Corvid-19.

The meeting agenda will include a proposal to amend the Club’s rules to allow General Meetings to be held virtually if necessary.

Should you have nominations for club officers or “other business” to be considered at the AGM, please can you notify the club in writing or emails to mel.vecsey@btinternet.com before August 20th 2020.
